We love our PoreClarify™ Hydro-Facial Vacuum and we are confident you will too! That is why we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [supportporeclarify@gmail.com] with a photo or video of the issue, and we will make it right by sending a free replacement.

Eligibility for Standard Returns To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
